How do I renew my season ticket plan?

The deadline to renew your Season Ticket Membership has passed. However, you may still select from available season ticket locations.

Please contact your LA Galaxy Service Executive directly or contact us at 877.3GALAXY (877.342.5299) or customerservice@lagalaxy.com. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with extended hours on game nights.

 

Pay in Full: 100% at time of purchase.

Installment Plan: pay for your membership on the 15th of every month through August 15, 2020.

 

LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members get access to Playoff “Pay-As-We Play” strips. The strips include tickets to all LA Galaxy home playoff games at Dignity Health Sports Park. Platinum Season Ticket Members have all playoff games except MLS Cup included in your season ticket plan. 

When the Galaxy clinch a home playoff game, the credit card used to pay for your season tickets will be charged for the provided cost of one guaranteed home game.

This payment method continues automatically for the entire postseason until the Galaxy no longer have scheduled home games.

Once signed up, you’ll receive all your playoff tickets via AXS Digital Ticketing with each one being activated as we qualify for each round.

The LA Galaxy proudly accept American Express. Season Ticket Members that purchase their season tickets with an American Express will receive a player signed mini soccer ball.

 

You must use one primary card for the 12-month payment plan. If you opt to pay in full, we can split payments on multiple cards.

 

Season Ticket Memberships include all 17 regular season home games, preseason games, and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup matches. Additionally, Season Ticket Members will receive access and discounts of up to 50% on international matches played at Dignity Health Sports Park.

You can contact your Service Executive to add a parking pass to your renewal.
Season Ticket Memberships are always more enjoyable when you have friends sitting and attending games with you. Contact your executive with your referral contact info and if they purchase a season ticket you and the person you referred will be invited to our Stadium Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win prizes and watch warm ups from the field!
Please contact your Galaxy Service Executive. Please note that for your security, we require the authorization of the primary accountholder to make changes to information on the account.
Only one name may be listed as the primary accountholder who can authorize other changes to the account. We can, however, add multiple email addresses to receive Season Ticket Member notifications.

AXS Digital Ticketing uses AXS Mobile ID, an ID-based digital ticketing system that allows you to enter an event with any form of convenient digital ID. You can enter with the LA Galaxy mobile app on your phone or choose any convenient form of digital ID (credit card or driver's license) as your method of getting in to the stadium. A Guest Services Representative will scan or swipe your method of entry using a handheld device. You will receive a Seat Locator identifying your seats. It's really fast! Remember that the Seat Locator simply shows the location of your seats in the stadium; it is not a ticket and cannot be used for re-entry into the stadium.
Your tickets can be managed via the LA Galaxy mobile app or online via Fan Account. Either platform will allow you to transfer, sell, and manage your tickets from anywhere.

Yes. AXS Digital Ticketing is fully integrated with the LA Galaxy app. In fact, we encourage fans to access your tickets through the app. The app, free of charge, is available to download now on mobile devices at the iOS store here and for Android users here
